We are offering a fully funded PhD studentship from the Economic and Social Research Council through the Scottish Graduate School of Social Science (SGSSS), entitled, Podcasting and pedagogy for the planet: Examining the nexus of art, entertainment, and education related to sustainability and climate change.
The PhD will be based in the School of Education at the University of Glasgow – a world top 100 university – and supervised by Dr Matthew A.M. Thomas, Professor Mark Banks, and Dr Sadie Ryan. Further support and opportunities will be provided by the University of Glasgow’s School of Culture and Creative Arts, Advanced Research Centre, and The Dear Green Bothy. Applicants from all disciplines are welcome, and especially from the arts, humanities, and social sciences.
