A Comparative Study of India And Mexico (PI: Professor Oscar Valiente, University of Glasgow, School of Education; Co-I: Dr Srabani Maitra, University of Glasgow, School of Education; Professor Mhairi Mackenzie, University of Glasgow, School of Social and Political Sciences), two high-impact hybrid skill synergy summits were organised in India on Dec 3rd and 17th, 2021 respectively.

DVV International Ukraine Office is pleased to inform you about the launch of a newsletter which includes information about adult education for practitioners in this field. This issue introduces the Council Resolution on a new European Agenda for Adult Learning 2021-2030, a visit of DVV International Director Christoph Jost to the Ukraine, updates of the project 'Soviet past: Rethinking the History', and a panel discussion on well-being in learning. 

Britain-Nepal Academic Council is holding this year's annual lecture with Professor Sushan Acharya on 9th December. This may be of interest to some colleagues especially in the areas of gender and adult literacy.

The AONTAS Lifelong Learning Event will take place online on the 24th of November between 9:30am-12:30pm. The event will focus on themes of educational equality, flexible learning and the role of adult learning in addressing and overcoming challenges from the COVID-19 pandemic and Professor Ellen Boeren of the School of Education will be a keynote speaker.
